Last year I had an allergy test done and found I was allergic to eggs, salmon, and shellfish. I'm also somewhat allergic to almonds and chicken but not too bad. The same allergy test said I had zero reaction to wheat.
Does the lack of wheat allergy mean I'm completely tolerant to wheat or would it still be beneficial to go on a grain free diet?
Also, I know it's going to be challenging doing paleo with my dietary restrictions so if anyone has any protein suggestions besides tuna, steak, and bacon- I'd appreciate it
