[Recipes][Discussion] I just got a new crock pot! What are your favorite recipes?

I was just gifted a new crock pot (woo!) and I'm eager to get started with it. I already have some favorite crock recipes, but I'm always looking for more! What are your favorites? Your tried and true? There's nothing better than throwing some delicious meat and vegetables in for a nice, long cook to come home to in the evening
