Sorry guys,
I tried to eat more carbs, I really tried. But I just feel better on a lower carb diet…
A banana, and 1 sweet potato is all I can handle in a day, any more and I get brain fog, lethergy, blood issue imbalance, etc.
To those who swear by 150-250g carbs a day, I applaud you, but it doesn't work for me.
My body thrives on low carb. I feel great, clear headed, and happy.
I accept now that all our bodies are different, and my own body much prefers to burn fat as fuel.
