Looking for tips on how to control your orgasms? You need to learn how to use and train the muscle that is directly responsible for ejaculation. Once you gain control over this muscle (called the “PC Muscle”), you’ll last longer in bed.
The PC Muscle starts at your pubic bone (above your penis). It cradles your genitals and your anus, and goes all the way back to your tailbone.
What Your PC Muscle Does
This muscle helps regulate urination and pooping – and most importantly – ejaculation. That’s right, this muscle literally regulates when you ejaculate, which is why it’s so critical that you identify, isolate, and exercise it. If you can strengthen and gain control over the muscles that regulate ejaculation, then you don’t just hope and guess how long you’ll last in bed, but you can actually decide when you want to ejaculate.
How to Isolate Your PC Muscle
This muscle regulate urination. The next time you go to the bathroom to pee, pause midstream and pay attention to the sensation in the muscles in that region. The muscle that stops you from peeing midstream is the same muscle that regulates ejaculation. That’s the muscle you’re going to want to strengthen, so you have greater control over your ejaculation.
To make this muscle stronger, you’ll just practice clenching it and releasing it. Clench it for 2-3 seconds, and release it for 2-3 seconds. Do 10-15 repetitions of this exercise every other day to begin strengthening your muscle. Once you start to get in better shape, you can add different variations and add more repetitions.
Avoid This Common Mistake
These exercises are known as “Kegel” exercises. As it turns out, many men are familiar with Kegel exercises, but they make a big mistake when trying to last longer in bed. The big mistake is that they clench the muscle when they’re having sex.
