One month in….down 13 pounds






I have been very very good and only had two or three cheat meals. I've drank red wine a few times too.


Otherwise it's been heavy weightlifting and some light cardio. Probably in the gym 5 days a week.


Best of all is that I'm never hungry. I don't really have cravings. And now that I'm seeing real progress I am more dedicated than ever.


I generally don't post here but I lurk every day.


Anyway…thanks all. Hope this inspired someone
