As mentioned before, I'm 240 pounds and trying to get around 180-160 hopefully by next January. This has been my first day of the diet and it wasn't bad at all. I'm actually really full even though I really think I have ate very little compared to usual.
Started the morning off with a banana and water Lunch was skipped due to not being hungry Dinner was 5 pieces of bacon along with 2 scrambled eggs in olive oil and a pickle.
Now off to go walk for an hour or two.
