I know it's preferred to get your protein from real food, but it's really hard for me to eat a lot of protein. I have PCOS and really need to get a lot of protein in my diet, I've been using PlantFusion vanilla pea protein, which is good ingredients-wise and pretty good tasting, but I am wondering if there are any other options out there that may be preferable — and also, preferably something not like Vega thats $60.
I have a casein intolerance so I cannot have any whey or dairy, but I can have eggs (because eggs are not dairy…)
