So for the uninitiated: http://paleoleap.com/eat-this-sardines/
Basically, sardines are really really healthy, and can be really tasty depending on your tastebuds. I thought they were going to be disgusting (never had them before), but the brand I had was pretty good.
So, for those in the know, what brands of sardines are the best, and why?
So I'll start:

- So the Wild Planet Sardines are BPA free, in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and are caught responsibly. These are the first sardines I've ever had in my life (just an hour ago) and they were surprisingly tasty.

- King Oscar Sardines seem to be pretty popular, and have a lot of the same benefits of the other product (BPA free, caught responsibly, etc). I haven't tried them but I was basically going to choose either between this and the other brand.
Thoughts?
