Ingredients:
◆ 1/2 scoop Strawberry Popsicle Karbolic
◆ 4 oz nonfat Plain Chobani Greek yogurt
◆ 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
◆ 2 oz strawberries
◆ 1 oz Almond Crunch Cereal or slice Almonds (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix the Karbolic, yogurt, cottage cheese and 1 oz of strawberries together. For a smoother texture put in blender.
2. Use the other 1oz of strawberry to layer between the mixture.
