I weigh myself the same day every week after I wake up. So far lost 15 pounds, have stayed at the same weight now for a while. Sounds about right by the way I've been eating.
Here's the thing, I weighed myself today, my weigh in day is tomorrow morning, I got great results. Stepped off the scale, got back on and in those 2 seconds gained 5 pounds. WHAT? Tried a few times and it was back and forth in a 10 pound range. (200-210).
Should I only go by my weight tomorrow when I get on the first time or invest in a new scale?
