You will not believe if you are told to eat as much as you like and still you lose weight at the same time; but this claim is a factual statement as it has really worked and fully substantiated. You just have to adopt a Grapefruit Diet. Also known as the Hollywood Diet, it has been utilized in United States since 1930. It is as simple as eating ½ grapefruit or drinking its juice per meal.
Heart patients, about to undergo by-pass surgery and needed to reduce weight, were placed under this program; but it is good for other cases too. Look at its effective result: In 2 months, you are deducted 52 lbs. with 12 days on and 2 days off diet.
Menu plan can go like this:
Breakfast –2 large eggs and 2 slices of medium-cooked bacon
Lunch – salad with any dressing and any type & amount of meat
Dinner – meat and veggies which can be red or green, cooked with any seasoning & 1 cup tea or coffee
and Snack – a glass of tomato juice or skim milk BUT all these meals must be accompanied by the grapefruit.

DO enjoy as much of your meal as you like until you are fully sated, eat as much as you can
DON’T take out any item stated in the diet plan because it is their combination that makes them effective
DO drink the grapefruit to start burning process in your digestive system;
DON’T consume caffeine more than 1 cup a day
DON’T take in-between fares because the food combination in the meal insures freedom from hunger
DO eat double or triple helpings of the meats, salads and veggies but NOT desserts, bread, white veggies or sweet potatoes

DO include red onion, bell pepper, radish, cucumber, broccoli, spinach, lettuce, cabbage and tomato as part of your veggie combo.
