I want to lower my carb intake (just because it will be a change for my body, I've always had high carbs), but how can I expect to lower that if the vegetables I eat all have high carb counts? If I'm depending upon them for servings every day to replace most of the food with high-carb counts, what do I do considering I have multiple servings of broccoli that have 10g of carbs, or green beans have 7g carbs, or green peppers with 7g per serving?
I apologize if this sounds nooby but I just don't see how I can lower my carbs (I'm aiming for no more than 30g a day) when I eat multiple vegetables and a banana or strawberries as a snack.
