Hi guys! Successfully completed my first day on Paleo, had a mushroom omelette for breakfast, a chicken and salad dish for lunch and baked salmon for dinner.
My question is – I'm a fairly serious gamer. I usually play in a team, and for extended periods of time. What kind of snacks and drinks can I eat when I inevitably get hungry and/or need a kick or a rush?
