I bought "The Paleo Diet" by Dr. Cordain a few years ago.
I tried implementing a few diet changes, namely reducing/eliminating starches and legumes from my diet as well as dairy. At that time I was a poor college student and my roommates and I shared meals to cut down on food expenses. They weren't willing to accommodate my desire to try paleo, and after a week of only eating meat for dinner I gave up.
Fast forward to now. I'm due to graduate next fall, and I am in a stable financial situation where i can afford to buy my own groceries. Do you guys have any tips on how I can work around my roommates in the kitchen during dinner, I don't want to get in the way of their meal prep and possibly piss them off. Thanks in advance.
