I've been a redditor for 8 or 9 years or so and I've been paleo for the past 2 or 3 years. I've also experimented with Autoimmune paleo and I take a big interest in developments such as bone broth, resistant starch, probiotics, etc, for my autoimmune conditions.
Paleo has been life changing for me and I wanted to give back to the community.

It's a product I wanted to create because bone broth doesn't last more than a few days in the fridge, and I always found myself chucking out bad broth. Plus my house always smelled like grease and I missed a lot of doses because I didn't always enjoy the strong taste of the broth.
I think a lot of people face similar problems!
