For those of you who wonder how my meals for the day look like, well here is a sample of more or less how I eat. This is part of my meals for two days only. There are still some ingredients missing since is time to go grocery shopping again. There is no magic potion or anything like that. I eat real food: enough proteins, complex carbs, healthy fats, fruits; I like to eat foods that have nutritional value. I allow myself to enjoy meals I love as well as some treats every now and then.
