[Discussion] Unsuccessful first attempt at Paleo. Help?

I was doing keto, and doing it well, until I started to feel incredibly sick to my stomach all the time. I felt like I was going to vomit every day, multiple times a day. I also started to have weird blackouts whenever I was around sweets, and this is definitely helped me gain back all of the weight I lost on Keto.

Someone in r/keto suggested I try Paleo, because my body might just need more veggie and fruit carbs to help sustain it.

I was doing pretty well my first two days, but on the end of the second day someone brought Little Debbie cakes to my desk… like 8 packages of 6 packs of donuts. I grabbed one and opened it without realizing that was what I was doing. I started eating. I had been eating all day on veggies, and this felt similar. Somehow one package of donuts turned into 4 packages of donuts and 1 zebra cake.

The shame is just overwhelming.

What the heck do I do about this? Do you guys have any tips/tricks?
