Okay, so self control is probably one of the hardest things. The training part is a piece of cake, compared to eating right to reach your goals.
Here are some tips I use to help me I stay on track:
1. Drink plenty water throughout the day. It helps keep our bodies flushing toxins and makes you feel full in between meals.
2. Don’t skip meals. Odds are you going to grab the first thing you crave when you are hungry. (Probably a box of Oreos!) But if you stick to a proper eating schedule, you are less likely to be hungry between meals.
