Staying Healthy and Fit During Pregnancy

During my pregnancy I became determined to continue working out and stay healthy for the sake of my growing tiny human. Not to mention, for the sake of needing less time at the gym post pregnancy to get back in shape, leaving me more time to spend with precious baby. This was my first pregnancy so needless to say, I was a bundle of nerves and had heard horror stories from friends about how your body “will never look the same.” I decided that I not only wanted my body to get back to its pre-baby form, I also wanted to look and feel better as I embarked on this new adventure of motherhood.
