Chanel lost 62 pounds | Black Weight Loss Success

“Hello, my name is Chanel. When I first started working out I was 262 lbs. I have now lost 62 lbs . Over the last 5 months, I have worked out 4-5 days a week. I do squats, 45mins on the elliptical, leg lifts, kickboxing and weights.
