In one form or another, the things you fuel with energy will build strength. Outside of the power in your workouts, be careful what you build in your sacred inner sanctuary. The “inside” of who you truly are.
When we have things that we stress about, fear, and/or struggle with… it is truly the mind that controls at what level these things magnify. It is difficult to set yourself free when you spend a majority of your day, night and most likely dreams thinking, analyzing and marinating in these thoughts.
