A lifestyle change into the right direction is fun. If you are struggling and fighting with your diet and training, something is wrong. You can’t jump straight from the couch into being a sprinter but the journey can be successful if you do it enjoying the process. I realized this thinking about my own answer every time someone asks me how do I get motivated to train and eat clean. My answer is always that I love my lifestyle and enjoy every workout and how my body feels when I eat right so I never feel that I have to motivate myself to do any of it. It’s what I prefer to do.
