Ingredients:
• 16oz. 99% lean ground turkey
• 1 cup quinoa, uncooked
• 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
• 3 tbsp freeze dried garlic
• 2 tsp black pepper
• 2 tsp ground mustard
• 3 tbsp chili powder
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Lightly coat a 12 serving mini-muffin non-stick backing pan with zero calorie olive oil spray. Dish out so that muffin tins are slightly overflowing. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. Recommended 3 muffins per meal.
