Ingredients:1 cup egg whites or Muscleegg1/2 cup oats 1 tbsp vanilla 1/2 cup organic canned pumpkin1 tsp pumpkin pie spice5-7 vanilla stevia drops
Directions:Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until it is the consistency of pancake batter. In a coated pan, pour to the desired size and do not flip until the center begins to lightly bubble and the underside is browned.
