• 2 oz sliced fuji apple
• 1/2 oz chopped walnuts
• sweetener as needed
• 2 tbs nonfat cottage cheese
• 1/4 tsp apple pie spice
• 2 tbs sugar free caramel flavoring
• maple syrup (optional)
