Every year as a child I remember baking a huge batch of sugar cookies decorated with frosting and sprinkles to take to our family holiday parties. The smell of them baking would fill up the house and the best part was always eating a fresh warm cookie right from the oven.
These days I still love baking cookies and taking them to holiday parties but the only difference is they are much, much healthier. None of those artificial flavors and colors and most important of all, no more refined sugars!
