I often hear people say they get in a funk this time of the year. We are often busy attending holiday parties, fulfilling work obligations, preparing for family to visit (which can be stressful), shopping for Christmas gifts, and attending to our normal every day mommy duties. With all the hustle and bustle we neglect our own health and forget about our fitness goals. It’s no wonder we get tired and lose motivation during the holidays.
So how can we avoid the holiday funk and remain on track with our health goals?
