In this week’s Fitness Friday I’ll be taking you through 3 mini circuits. Each of them consists of 3 exercises.
You’ll be working for 30 seconds and resting for 30 seconds and will complete each of the mini circuit twice before moving on to the next. Your total work time is 16 minutes 30 seconds.

Three-Part Circuit Workout
The Workout
( :30 Work / :30 Rest )
First circuit
- Marching Hip Bridge
- Penguin
- Kettlebell Swing
Second circuit
- Dead Bug
- Reverse Lunge to Press (Alternating)
- Bent-Over Row
Third circuit
- Bird Dog
- Step-Up (Alternating)
- Pushup to Downward Dog
