Fitness Friday: Back to School (or Before Work) Workout in 11 Minutes

This week’s Fitness Friday workout is all about back-to-school. There is something about this time of year that makes you feel like getting back into your routine. Especially if you fell off this summer with travel and the beach!


Today we are going to get it back, whether it’s pencil skirts and skinny jeans you’re looking for or even just feeling healthy and amazing in your body no matter what you’re wearing, this routine will get you there!


This is a great workout for deep tissue toning and sculpting. It consists of 5 exercises.


You do not need any equipment and you are going to do 12 reps of each exercise. Total time is about 11 minutes.


Back-to-School (or Before Work) Workout


The Workout



  • Plank Walkouts + Side Plank Drops (12 reps)

  • Double Pulse Lunges (12 reps each side)

  • Plank Circles + Lifts (12 reps each side)

  • Squats + Side Leg Raises (12 reps each side)

  • Supine Leg Lifts (12 reps each side)


And those are your 5 exercises.


Run through this circuit a total of 2-3 times.


I also recommend pairing this with a cardio workout.
