This is a “bio” bridge in The Netherlands that lets wildlife migrate and intermingle more freely, and keeps them more safely out of dangerous traffic. There are fences along the highway so they can’t cross anywhere else but those bridges. Reduces accidents and also creates a safer route for wildlife. Love them! That nation has erected hundreds of such structures.
