1/3 cup ground oats
1 tbsp wheat germ
1/2 scoop Vanilla Creme Proto Whey
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Stevia
1 egg white
3-4 tbsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon flavor (I use Simply Organic brand)
1/4 cup blueberries
6 walnut halves, crushed
