Paleo Diet Meal Plans


People that are considering trying the Paleo diet, often search the internet for Paleo Diet meal plans. That in fact is a perfectly logical thing to do.

A sample Paleo meal plan may look something like this ;


Breakfast – Two eggs with bacon


Lunch – Hamburger or fish, with plenty of fresh vegetables and a fruit cocktail


Dinner- Salmon or tuna steak, mashed cauliflower, salad, and dessert.
