• 3/4 tbs natural peanut butter
• 1 ½ oz. chopped baked/cooked/broiled/grilled chicken (any)
• 1-2 finely minced sprigs of cilantro
• 1/2 tbsp chopped peanuts
• 1 tbsp chopped white onion
• 1 tbsp grated carrot
• 1 tsp BRAGG’s liquid aminos
