How to get rid of flabby arms
It may not be fair, but you rarely see flabby arms on a man. Plump maybe, chunky, but rarely flabby. But for women, its all too common.
Most of the time when we talk about flabby arms, we are talking about the bottom of the arm, or the tricep area. This is the spot that flaps like wings when you wave to someone at the beach.In some women, this is one of the most noticable spots. In the summer it may be one of the hardest to conceal. Many women will try by wearing longer sleeve shirts when its absurd, or throwing a shirt or jacket over their tops to hide the wings.

It would be nice if there was one specific answer, but like most flab, it is a combination of diet and exercise that is the solution. There is no area specific diet. You cannot just lose your arm fat or your leg fat. It needs to be dealt with as part of a bigger picture.
Most of us have pretty poor diets. We eat prepackaged foods,fast foods, and way too many sweets. We also drink things that have been loaded with food additives and sugar. The result of course is that our nation is obese. In fact one of the most obese nations.
Although we cant target the arms effectively with diet,any improvement will improve the arm flab.
Lets start with water. Be sure to drink at least five glasses of water each day to help flush out the system. Flabby arms are also associated with water weight and one of the best things you can do to eliminate excess water weight is, believe it or not, drink water regularly. Then you can gradually try to improve other areas of your diet. Protein and b vitamins are especially important. Try to avoid packaged foods and especially foods that are loaded with preservatives.It is also a good idea to limit alcohol consumption.
The other way to get rid of flabby arms is exercise. Now with exercise its good to work the entire body, but it is possible to work the flabby arms in particular. Strength training is very valuable in firming up the entire body and building muscle. As for specifics, you can do repetitions to work mostly the triceps such as the tricep extension.Bicep curls will take care of the top of the arm. If you are not able to use a gym or health club, you can still work these areas at home. A simple easy to do exercise that works the triceps is the pushup.
