One of the question I am most often asked is what exercises I do for my glutes and do I squat. The answer: No, I don’t really squat, at least not regular squats. After years of lifting and squatting regularly, I’m where I want to be size-wise. So I like to take a little bit of a different approach to my leg and butt work. I’m not saying you shouldn’t squat. By all means do so, especially if you find you are a little flatter back there. Just be sure to keep the weight heavy and your reps low. The only way to round your glutes is to add muscle mass.
