Hi, I'm a 17 year old female recently diagnosed with PCOS, which usually makes it really hard to lose weight. I've done a ton of diet/exercise programs before I was diagnosed, but only gained weight as a result. I once gained 30 pounds in 3 months, and growing up I could gain 6 pounds in one night. Once I was diagnosed, I was put on the pill and I did some research and I found the paleo diet. Though there are so many people saying its a pointless diet, I've lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks. I cannot recommend this diet enough. It's easy, tasty, and cheap. Thank you all so much for helping, even if you didn't realize it(:
