All Paleo Recipes Are Not Created Equal

By Paula King

There are hundreds of thousands of Paleo recipes available online. This is convenient of course, but there are a few drawbacks. For starters, some may not be Paleo at all. Some may taste terrible, and some may have never been tested.

It is especially important to have good recipes when you are just starting Paleo. You want the tastiest recipes that are also high in nutrition. You want recipes that follow the Paleo guidelines, and are tasty enough to serve for your famiily and friends. There are many different types of recipes out there. There are Paleo snacks and treats, Paleo party foods, lunches and dinners and of course desserts. There are quick simple Paleo fast food recipes and not so simple recipes. There are Paleo crock pot recipes, and recipes for Paleo smoothies. If you are just starting out, you will want the best recipes to get you started on your Paleo lifestyle.

People post Paleo recipes online for various reasons. Some people post them because they are very much involved with Paleo and want to pass along some great recipes. Others however may post Paleo recipes to get hits to their website. They may post because they want to include Paleo in their recipe portfolio, whether they actually know about Paleo or not. I have seen these recipes myself. I have seen recipes that are supposed to be Paleo but include ingredients that do not follow the Paleo guidelines.

Like any recipe, the more people that like it, the better. This means that chances are you will like it too. A Paleo recipe should not include artificial ingredients or too much added sugars. It is very important and crucial that these recipes do not include grains or products related to grains. If they do, these reicpes are not Paleo and could be inflammatory to the body.

The recipes in Paleohacks Cookbook have been tested hundreds if not thousands of times. They have been tested by the members of the largest online community of Paleo dieters. Paleohacks is a forum for Paleo enthusiasts from all walks of life. The recipes that are included were hand picked by experienced Paleo dieters. This means that the recipes are both authentic, and tasty. There are also meal plans included that help you to organize the right kind of Paleo foods in a nutritious manner. There are also great Paleo recipes in your local bookstore. Many of the books featured in our best Paleo cookbook posts have also passed the test of time. Books like Well Fed and Practical Paleo are also good choices. The recipes online though convenient, may be a disaster.

Whether you are just starting Paleo, or an experienced Paleo dieter, you want the best Paleo recipes available. Although Im sure there are many good Paleo recipes online but clearly, some are not. We recommend trying only recipes that have been tested by many people that are Paleo savvy, In this way, you will be sure to be getting the most nutritious and healthy Paleo foods.
