As I stated in the title I'm looking to convert back to a healthier eating plan. Information that might be relevant in helping make one would be that I do have access to a Fresh Market (for meats mostly) and a Trader Joe's (for everything else). I'm Male 24 5ft8in BMR is 1866 Cal/day TDEE is 2539 Cal/day
I've also recently picked up walking and a little running in an attempt to improve my cardio and any help with this would be great. Thank you in advance!
