Hello,
I'm not sure if this is the proper way of doing it but I want an accomplice to hold me accountable. I went paleo 2 years ago and went from being 240 lbs down to 157. Then I went to college. Over my first semester and a half I've gone back up to 175 from poor eating habits. I want to get back on the wagon and bring myself to my goal of 145. If anyone is interested in giving me a bit of motivation, please DM me.
