One of the first features that both women and men notice is the arms. Nothing beats well sculpted biceps combined with solid triceps.
The problem is however that most people have tiny 12 inch arms that make you look frail and pathetic.
The good news however is that you can change. You can transform your stick like arms and turn them into 16 inch “guns”. Drawing comparisons to Arny and turning heads at every stop.
Below are 3 tips that you must know if you want to increase arm muscle and develop huge “pythons”.
1. You need to eat right. So many people go to the gym and train hard 4-5 times a week only to show little or no progress. Why is that? It all comes down to their diet. Simply put, if you want your arms to grow in muscle size then you need to add more calories to your diet. A good start is about 3000 calories per day. Made up of nutrient rich foods like tuna, chicken, lean beef, oatmeal, brown rice and protein shakes.
2. If you want to see great results then you have to put in the time and commitment. You will never achieve anything worthwhile if you always quit. Building muscle and creating a jaw dropping physique takes time and patience. But it is well worth the wait. Make small goals for yourself to keep focused and follow through every day.
3. Don’t only train small muscles. Believe it or not your biceps and triceps are actually incredibly small muscles compared to your shoulders, back, chest. By working out your small muscles you are only going to create, well, small muscles. However if you work the major muscle groups with solid exercises like dead lift and squat then you can add solid mass all over. This will help you to build much bigger arms. Also include bicep and tricep specific exercises like bicep curl, tricep pulldown etc.
Of course these are just some very basic tips. If you want to create a fantastic body then you need to learn more than just arm exercises. You want to work your chest, shoulders, back, quads and abs.
