I've been doing 70% Paleo and 30% regular meals. My starting weight was 550 lbs. I'm 6'5" I am now at 507! The biggest thing I have found is drinking water all the time helps. I try to average 100oz of water a day. I am feeling so much better! I don't feel groggy or sluggish. I have energy! On monday earlier this week I started doing Yoga. I am doing DDP Yoga and have a heart rate monitor. I just wanted to thank everyone again for posting meals and questions. This has been such a help and motivation! Thank you!
