I am a member of a couple of bodybuilding and fitness forums and what is really annoying is that the same questions are asked all the time. “I eat a lot and I train hard, but I still can´t gain weight, what is wrong? It is a common problem for many beginners, especially those who are hardgainers. People just complain how hard everything is.” I don’t have the appetite to eat that much. I have terrible genetics. I have tried everything to get from skinny to muscle.”
I have a solution for you. If you can’t gain any muscle, then give up. Admit to yourself that you have failed and do something else. The main reason why 99% of folks can’t build muscle is that they are just to lazy. If you think you haven’t got the balls to go the gym and really kick some butt, then forget it. No miracle pill is not gone help you.
I know a guy who weighed 147 pounds, when he graduated high school. But now he is 230 pounds and it is all muscle. He also was a skinny guy. But he did it through proper training and eating and an undying dedication to turn from skinny to muscle.
You have to train as hard as you can, even if you have bad day. Eat when you are not hungry. Go to sleep early, instead of partying with your friends. Are you tough enough to do it? Of course some guys gain muscle easier then others, but that doesn’t mean that you are suppose to give up or whine about it. A lot of hardgainers have won many titles in bodybuilding, like Frank Zane for example.
The next time you enter the gym stop chatting with your pals, talking with the phone or what ever you like to do, instead of training and really focusing. If you have eaten your stake and feel full, then order another stake, until you have to force it in. If you have the desire and the dedication, then you will achieve your goal, whatever it may be. But if you can’t push yourself hard enough, then do something else. Put more weights on the bar and more food in your mouth and…
Stop whining!
