Top Superfoods!






I wrote up a short article on my top 5 favourite superfoods at Top 5 Superfoods To Eat and I'm interested in sparking up some discussion.


Some foods are simply better than others to include in your diet. Kale is more nutritious than Carrots etc.


I define "Superfood" simply by it being a nutritional powerhouse. Containing a lot more nutrition, weight loss properties etc in the same amount than an average food.


What are some that you definitely include?
