I got my secret santa yesterday and he follows a paleo diet (he doesn't post on this subreddit so I think I'm safe here). I am an avid baker and would love to send him a little paleo treat along with some other non-food stuff. I have actually done a lot of paleo cooking and baking in the past and am familiar with working with coconut flour and nut flours. It has just been a few years and I wanted to trust the experts with recipe advice.
