As stated above, at the moment I am 240 pounds and wishing to lose to weight. Instead of just wishing, I thought I'd take some action. Enrolled in a gym and now looking for a diet. The only thing is, it's hard to wrap my mind around paleo style dieting. Does anyone have any tips? Good paleo diet foods? Anything?
