Hey there, HERS girls! Today I am going to take you through what a week of my workouts typically looks like. But first, I have something I’d like to confess: My name is Lauren Frahn, and I am a volume queen. I do a lot of sets for each body part and, being that I don’t do a lot of cardio, I also like to superset (sometimes even giant set) exercises. Now, I want to emphasize that these workouts are what work for me personally.
