Which burns more calories: Walking briskly for one mile or getting busy between the sheets? Turns out it’s a tie, according to a new study (although we’re guessing you’ll have a lot more fun with the latter). Researchers at the University of Montreal gave 21 couples armbands that gauge exertion levels and told them to engage in a sexual act at least once a week for one month. Result: The female testers expended about 85 calories—about the same as walking a 15-minute mile.
