Blueberry Mug Cake






Cake Ingredients:

1/3 cup oat flour (or oatmeal blended into flour)

1 egg

1 egg white

1/2 scoop of FitMiss Vanilla Chai

1/2 cup ripe banana

1 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk (or water)

1/2 cup blueberries


Frosting Ingredients:

1/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

1 packet of stevia

1/2 tsp lemon extract (or tsp lemon juice)
